Our Programs
From Hebrew School to High Holidays, we’ve got something for everyone.
For Community Members: Events & Programming
-
Hebrew School
Our aim is to teach students the basics of the Hebrew alphabet, reading skills, and vowels in addition to introducing prayer and basic Jewish concepts like tzedakah, tikkun olam, and mitzvot. We begin our sessions with a small snack and then move to basic prayer recitation. We also discuss Torah stories and share ideas about their meanings. Afterwards we end with creative craft activities or a game. Contact us to enroll.
-
Bar/Bat Mitzvah Lessons
Fiona Elkinson, our president, has prepared dozens of students to be called to the Torah. She has a background in Jewish education and Jewish Studies. Contact us to enroll.
-
Tot Shabbat (Torah Tots)
Just fun with a few prayers and some homemade challah! Teaching children the basics of Shabbat, the day of rest, where we slow down and enjoy time with our family, friends, and community. Every Friday from 4-5. Contact us to attend Tot Shabbat (Torah Tots).
-
Mens Club
The men of the community have developed a group for Torah study and prayer. Contact Cantor Warren for more information.
-
Holidays, Observances, and Events
We love to gather for Shabbat dinners, festivities, or praying either in the shul or outside so as to enjoy our beautiful island home. Become a member to join us.

Fundraisers
Fundraisers support our building’s maintenance and sustain our operations. As a registered Bermuda charity run solely by committed volunteers we have nearly zero administrative expenses and no money benefits private individuals. Everything goes back to the community!
